You do not have to be good.
You do not have to walk on your knees
for a hundred miles through the desert, repenting.
You only have to let the soft animal of your body
love what it loves.

However you are arriving to this page, welcome, and rest assured that deep within you lies the essence of your wholeness waiting to be discovered.
My name is Meg (they/them), and I’m a queer and neurodivergent therapist who is passionate about supporting members of my communities (and beyond!) in finding freedom and fulfillment. I’m not here to ‘fix’ you because you’re already whole. What I am here for is supporting and guiding you toward (re)connecting with your wholeness, healing the trauma stored in your body, and freeing yourself from painful patterns.
My mission is to provide accessible, affirming, and nurturing therapeutic support for relationship systems and individuals of all intersections of identity. You are welcome here just as you are, wholly and completely, and together we will gently and patiently tend to whatever needs attention within you.
I blend relational, somatic, and parts work therapies in my work with clients. I’ll invite and guide you toward (re)connecting with the body’s wisdom, and together, we’ll gently uncover each layer of your inner world. Through somatic exploration, we’ll navigate the intricate connections between mind, body, spirit, and the external systems around you, fostering transformation and integration. By embracing all parts of who you are, we’ll create space for healing and wholeness to emerge.
With these tools, I can help you navigate the tender areas of neurodivergence (Autism, ADHD, HSPs, etc.), trauma, shame and self-worth, identity, anxiety, depression, oppression, burnout, and much more.
